Not really expecting much with this photograph. I've been trying to find these foxes that live on my farm but have been unable to find them when I have my camera with me. Anyway, I did some post processing in Aperture and then Photoshop, just cropping the photograph slightly and adjusting the contrast and the shadows/highlights.

I really like the colors going on here. Both from the branches and the bird itself. I also like the moment you were able to capture the bird, the side look works well. I think the general composition is lacking. The background is a bit too busy, I think it would help to crop a bit more. Furthermore there is a branch eminating from the bird's head which really takes away from the shot.
