Taken on the second day the whole city was shut down due to ice.
Took photo in monochrome in the camera (icicle was growing on a bright red playscape), then rotated and used channel mixer to brighten it a bit, then resized.

This is a fun photo to look at. The ice seems like it could be a little more sharply focused. Biggest drawback for me on this entry is that without the title I don't see how the viewer can get any connection to the challenge. JMO of course. :D Good luck in the challenge.
