Nice moment to capture especially the motion of both piegions where one is kinda in focus and the other is out of focus .. but I think the red bird in the background is a bit distracting especially that at the first glance you don't realize it's a bird .. but using a red frame kinda balances this distraction .

I think your border takes away from the rest of the photo. I really like the close up of the first bird, but think the bright red of the cardinal right above the main bird's head is distracting.

Border WAY too overdone in my opinion. This is a lovely shot and I am just distracted by the border. Really do like the photo.
