It wasn't easy cause there were one cyclist like every 5 minutes, so I was dozing everytime the next was coming LOL.
Just Raw Conversion, Crop, Curves, Hue/Sat, Sharpen a couple of times, resize, Flip and save.

not a very interesting subject and the colors seem a little too washed out.

Great colours on the cyclist. I'm not sure the background shows enough movement for me. Out of focus yes - but movement ? maybe.
