I raided my daughters' toy boxes, K-mart and Goodwill for the aliens. The last day I was going to take the picture outside, but the wind wipped up and the clouds rolled in. I ended up getting some cloth for the ground and backdrop and taking the picture on my dining room table late at night after class.

Cute toys, love the alien in the bikini! :) Good idea, points for orginality. The background is distracting though, you have so many things going on in the shot already with all the different figures the stars are competing for my attention. And there are a LOT of toys in there, it's hard to focus on any one object, perhaps if you had gone with just the classic aliens, the smaller ones and used two of the bigger ones as parents? I had started at a 4 on this one but am going to a 5
I see what you're trying to do but it's very busy! This would be cool with say the big eyes or the green ones in a smaller group so you could get a little closer for more detail.

I don't get it. What's it all mean, or is this just an image. There doesn't seem to be any interaction, the colors are bright, but green seems to predominate. What is there to really interest me in this picture?
