This is my best friends little sister on her birthday yesterday. She's three now, and lovin it. She got a jolly jumper for her party and this is her jumping in it before the other kids got there....

I think this misses the mark by having the subject blurred and the background relatively sharp; it is my understanding that the challenge is to do the opposite. Hope this is a helpful comment.
You captured the motion of her play, but in a backwards sense.
Had this been a motion pan, the background would have been blurry, keeping the main subject at least somewhat in focus. 4
This is blurry because the subject is moving not the camera so you were not panning so it isn't really fit for the challenge, it is a cute picture though.
I think this is the reverse of what motion panning means. You should be moving the camera with your subject to keep her still and in focus, allowing the motion to blur the background while keeping her sharp against it :)
This really has potential to be a great shot. The trick for motion panning is to lock on her and catch her, leaving the background showing the motion. This looks like you locked on the background.
this is not motion panning; in motion panning the subject is sharp and the background is motion blurred through movement of camera in the direction of the subjects movement
I think you should have moved your camera along with the object and that would be the little girl. Means your primary focus should be the model and not the around area.
Looks like a nice jolly shot of a pretty girl (despite the blurring). The only problem is that the challenge is Motion panning not motion blur. Therefore the girl should have been still and everything behind her blurred. Good try and you still get a vote from me.
Bummer... this is not motion panning. Motion panning is moving the camera to follow your main subject. Normally, the main subject is in clear focus and the background is not. You will want to practice the technique. It is not all that easy sometimes, but you will like the results when you get a good motion panning capture. :)
Hmm...not really getting a feeling of panning in this shot. The jumper is moving but the camera is not. The camera needs to move with the subject. (Which will make the subject clear and the background focused)
I don't believe that this meets the challenge: "motion panning" means (to me) moving the camera to track a moving subject. This image appears to be a too slow exposure from a stationary camera to illustrate the motion of the jumping girl (background is in focus)....
