I wasn't sure what to think of this shot; I don't get motion from it, nothing is blurred, and I would have liked to have seen more work with the composition (why include the side-view mirror on the left; it's distracting and unnecessary). The sky is quite bright, and the colors seem a bit subdued.
Good effort but in my opinion this doesn't meet the challenge because the background isn't blurred from panning the camera. Also the shot itself lacks a focal point... looking at the gap between the cars I feel the need to merge :o) Hope you find these comments helpful.
Sorry but it just doesn't work for me. The sky is overexposed, the foreground underexposed and there's no motion or anything to give it the WOW factor.

A small picture possibly taken from a moving vehicle, so the camera was maybe in motion. No motion is capture or conveyed. Blown out, blurred, over-saturated, lacking in meaning. 2
