What an awesome action shot! I don't think I've ever seen a photo of a tiger pouncing outside of national geo. Great photo.

great shot, love the frozen action! 9

Very nice capture. Great sense of movement, and the colours of the tiger are vivid and bold.

Excellent moment in time.....

fantastic! i don't know if you had to resolution to support it, but i would have been tempted to crop in as tightly as possible, at least until i was on the edge of image degradation.

I would run if I was you! Great capture.

That's absolutely terrifying.

Great action photo!! I hope the Tiger wasn't charging for you!

Incredibly clear... cant wait to see how you got to take this!! :-)

Well caught, sharpened and cleaned. Lovley subject of course. It's a busy image but a rare capture - certainly of a captive tiger.

Ahhhhh!! Take cover!! I sure wouldn't want to meet up with that "pounce" in the wild world - sure works great in a photo though...back to bump you up to 8.

very cool capture but over edited. the tiger looks like it cut out from another frame. The left paw for example is very odd looking. the colours are off compared to the rest of the animal and the edge is unreal and flat. 6

Neat shot! Detail in the face is great, nice colors

I see we have a mirror for last year's shot of the lion. While it is very good, it does fall a few notches short of that masterpiece.

Saw this one before. It's still stunning. My pick for one of the top 3.

Beautiful sharp image, there is something about the tigers left leg that doesnt look quite right but other than that, nice image :o)

Glad to see you lived through it ;)

Amazing capture! The blur looks a little funky in the greens underneath him but given the moment, I don't think this hurts the shot much. 9 for me.

You seem to have lost some texture in your processing. Too much neat image maybe? It's a great shot mind

Yipes! Not sure I'd like to be where you must have been to get this shot.

astounding...but id be getting out of there!!! haha
Post actions
okay... and do you have the scars from the attack or did you just find the camera and this was the last picture on the camera?

RUN for your life!

WOW! If this does make you fill your shorts, what will? Excellent stopped motion and incredible intensity from the eyes. I'm a little disappointed with the blur of the hind legs but I guess you get what you can get. This is good regardless of my input. Good luck!
