I'm at a loss to what they are called but its a childrens toy that lights up when spun, not a spinning top and not a yo-yo but nevertheless thats the, if not obvious, image this gives me. Something about it makes me feel nice.

I love the light and the colors in this image - and of course the motion blur rocks! The perspective and crop is very well done too. IMO bluring the sky to get rid of the grainy look (and also cloning out the sensor dust) would make this shot more apealing to me. Love the gradients. Nicely done. Back to bump you up to 8.

Nicely done; the rest of, presumably, the fairground seems like a construction site, which just makes the circle of the wheel the more impressive.
