I think a full tonal range from black to white would help this. It looks a little "flat" and gray. 5.

a B&W picture is better when there's a lot of contrast...I find the color between the background and the subject to be too similar

The way you processed the skin and eyes creeps me out to be blunt. The skin looks like plastic and the eyes almost glow. No offense.
