Overall, it has a good composition, but the focus feels a bit soft and the bw is a bit drab. maybe a bit of contrast to really differentiate between the existing textures.

Nice sweep of coastline leading the eye through the photo. Great clouds and nice rocky foreground. A lot going on here, but it looses impact because there is such a lack of contrast.
