This seems a little too "in your face" extreme. Looks off also not having a catchlight in the right (subjects left) eye. JMO of course. Good luck.

A bit too close to the subject???? Kind of gives it a "fish bowl" look.

Just a preference on my part: the super close-up I find claustrophobic. It doesn't tell anything about the person, you can't read anything about the moment, and the frame is filled with a lot of facial skin... I understand loads of people like this extreme close-up, but there it is. Nice lighting though.

Good focus. the lack of catch light on the right eye makes it look flat. Might consider cloning it from the left eye to add that sparkle
