This is a nice emotive photograph. I like the soft feel to it. The composition is very good as well.

snapshotty, but touching.

the bridge railing adds an interesting viewpoint, I like it.

Nice interpretation of the challenge. Our lives are finite, but our genes live on through the next generations. I am also impressed by the location of the shot and using the pattern in the fence to emulate the double-helix of DNA. Very well composed.

i'm not really a fan of faded boarders, however, this is still a very impressive shot.

I had this idea, but did not get a shot together. I'm glad someone else did! Nicely done.

Incredible shot...I really love the black and white and the border creates a dreamy effect very nice!! Hope to see this one near the top! 10

Seems very shoehorned, and I really don't like those borders. The border should not take your attention away from the picture. Nice picture though. 3

Very nice shot. I love that the man and the boy are wearing matching outfits that perfectly match the tones of the fence, but inverted. Thus, a great choice for black and white. I also love the softness.
