The pose of the hand in the mouth makes me want that in focus, too.

This is a nice soft photo with good technique. The only thing that I think would make it better is to clone out the dots in the mouth. It is a little distracting. I should go right to the eyes. Good job and good luck.

For me there is nothing left, everything looks like massive use of added blur (with exeption of three dots on eyes and nose).

Creepy. The way you processed the skin creeps me out to be blunt. The skin looks like plastic. TOO MUCH BLUR. No offense.
