Thanks to Allex for sitting in my home studio, dripping clay all over the place, working on a cracked bowl while I snapped pictures, when I know she would have rather been in her studio working on something that wasn't already cracked.

Interesting lighting for this setting. Certainly isolates the subject nicely. Good detail overall, and it's interesting to look at. Good luck in the challenge.
I like that this shows me something about the person, and is not just a bland pretty picture of a face. Would really like that fuzzy thing on the left cropped or cloned out because it distracts from what is a really nice portrait. Voting an 8 anyway because the rest is so strong.
