I had just purchased my Canon 70-200mm F4L from Ecce Signum when I was given the chance to go on a Big Cat Day. I also took the opportunity to shoot RAW for the very first time that day and this image was my favourite from the 'shoot'.
Editing: Converted from RAW, slight levels and saturation tweak, resized, sharpened.

YOOHOO! This is GREAT shot! I love it really!
Nice DOF and that shot show me defferent side of that BIG CAT.(I mean not hunter side!)
Its brilliant shot!
YEAH BABY!!! Great score and finish in a strong challenge. Fantastic clarity, colors and just a fun different perpective on a big cat. Very well done!!
6 - Nice - but less 'space' at the top, while still retaining some for balance, make this even better in my opinion. Looks nice and sharp, so if the quality is/was there, perhaps a variation in cropping (tighter, 'somewhere'), may have brought out more detail in the leopard(?). But I realize, given your title, you may want it composed this way.
You've managed to make this very interesting and beautiful. As far as I can tell from the picture, he could be in the middle of the rainforest instead of a zoo :]
I've seen this shot before and i love it just as much if not a little more now.
I think this is probably the best cat shot i've seen, and most of that is due to perfect exposure, composition and the cats pose. It's brilliant.
great exposure, good clarity and details.
but most of all, good capture for such a "cute" moment.
the feirce animal looked like a kitten with this pose!
This is so incredibly beautiful! The composition is perfect and the contrast between the golds and deep greens is just stunning! Even with so much excellent competition, this one is one of my very favorites in this challenge!
Nice shot, in this challenge I'm looking for pictures that take my breathe away and this isn't really one of them, but the quality is great so an 8 for me.
wow, stunning clarity and a great capture...wonderful detail and colour...I would have cropped out about 10% of the right negative space, but that's me...stunning
