The little girl looks lost in what she is doing! I'd be tempted to crop out the leaves at the top of the frame but the placement of the rock and girl is nicely done :o)
I just commented on a picture of a cheetah by the water. that picture had two things yours is missing: a reflection of the subject, and ripples from the contact. I like your composition, though, and the colors are nice. good diagonals on the rock, the stick and the reflections.
What a wonderful atmostphere this shot conveys. The colors are cheerful but not overwhelming, the light adds a lot to the mood, and the expression and composition add so much. Fantastic shot, a real keepsake for her as she grows older. 10
