This is a picture of Cane Creek Falls taken in the week my friend from Louisiana visited. It was shot in Black and White. I didn't do a lot in the way of editing, just a crop, some (okay a lot of) dodge and burn on the water and rocks and the tree leaves, sharpened x2, and resized for web. Had to strip the EXIF because of the quality loss (it was BAD) when resizing. I considered cloning out the people but I thought instead, I would add a bit of humor to the title and leave them in there... they are interesting :)

Leaves on the left is a bit distracting, this would have done a lot better for me if they were cropped out and the shot was more to the left. Otherwise, very nicely processed!
Funny thing is, if you had given this a bit more exposure time, you might have been surprised that those people might have done a bit for the picture. Indeed, some might even have disappeared from the shot. The ones on the left would have smudged, the guy sitting there with his son would probably have not moved and been a stark, sharp subject, while the two playing in the water on the right would probably have blurred to near nothingness... F/16, solid ND filter and 2-5 seconds might be a fun place to start.
