Pretty much straight from the camera. Some light dodging here and there, and a small bit of healing brush around the mouth for some shine. Other than that, it's a candid from work tricks and treats.

How cute! Hope he had a lot of fun! As for the shot, the cropping is a little tight, cutting off the top of his head hurts the shot though I do like the off center of the shot. An 8 to start
cute lion...however I think the shot would have been better taken from a lower angle, from the angle it is taken above the child it makes the top of his head and forhead to prominent in my opinion...also I don't particularily care for the black border with this shot.
While I think this is an excellent shot for a portrait I don't see how it fits in with the "spooky" aspect of the challenge. If this was another challenge I would give this photo a 9. You have captured the subject excellently. The only thing I would fix would be the little white spot in his mouth. It is distracting. Great shot.
