 This is Lake Olivers Bait shop. It has built shortly after the dam was constructed and served as a store, bait shop, launch fee area, and a place for people to sit and talk about the past.

As of last month (3/2008) the city has demolished the building and dock and constructing a $1,000,000 new facility. I know it will be nice but will not have the same nuance as this Ole Bait Shop.

I think this is your best attempt of the 3. Good lighting/exposure control and strong focus, etc. I like this.
