I can tell this is a face that needs to be kissed! What a sweetie. Ok since the title refers to the eyes, there is too much distraction around it pulling away from the subject. I would have cropped out some of the black at the top and also, personally, i like sharper photos on smaller subjects. So how about taking a pic of the rest of the face? :o)
