Ahh yes! This was fun! This is the 2nd time I tried this and the results definitely improved.
Simple setup, I set the camera on a tripod and used self-timer. Thus a self-portrait.
Editing Steps:
-Hue/Saturation, removed color and then increased and decreased the lightness on certain color tones.
-Levels adjustment
-Dodging and Burning, I used quite a bit of both tools for this shot!
-Crop and Resize

You may not use ANY editing tool to move, remove or duplicate any element of your photograph that would change a typical viewer's description of the photograph (aside from color), even if the tool is otherwise legal, and regardless of whether you intended the change when the photograph was taken.
I don't like this at all ... Technically it is good (IF you tried to make it look like commputer graphics) but I wonder if you did. Gonna give you a 5 for tech. Sorry.
