Took a photo of my dad, deliberatly out of focus and deliberatly blown out. Then I took a photo of my staircase and had to do a lot of false perspective work on it because i wanted the top to look a long way away. That's why it seems a bit pixellated near the foreground. I also narrowed the staircase to give a more enclosed and trapped feel. Each element of the photo was adjusted on its own layer to give a more surreal effect. The staircase, the banister, and the figure are all seperate elements. I also did a lot of "Replace Colour" in photoshop to make everything white.

Gotcha self a greeny there Ben huh! Congrats, you are doing well the last couple of weeks aren't you. The scoring on this pic looks quite interesting if you look at it closely :-)
Great shot! Very professional feel to it. Looks like a poster for the latest horror flick. I wouldn't change a single thing. A 10. If you don't ribbon with this, I'll be as shocked as the poor slob at the bottom of those stairs! AAAUUUGGHHH!!! (oops, just to clarify, I'm not calling you, the photographer, a poor slob...I meant the imaginary victim from whose POV this would be taken--HE'S the poor slob! LOL!).
This is a great take on halloween, it really stands out from the others because of the brightness - not many others like it! What film does it remind me of? I can't think of it! Oh well great photo once again, not that I'm biased! ;-)
