Used PSP 7 for noise reduction and gray scale. Ulead for size, crop, and clone. I cloned out white specks from tear area, inside nostral, and one spot from center of the eye.

Oh, the kitty. I like that he looks fuzzy. I think this would have been more "centered" if his eye was the center, or if his face took up exactly half of the canvas. Good though.
