Found a fence near our new home in Ozark, Missouri...
This is “Basic Editing” in an Advanced Challenge…...this time using Paint Shop Pro 8, it was rotated slightly, cropped, mirrored….sepia toned…slightly clarified…resized, then sharpened…bordered…saved for web…I think that was about it

Infrared? a really nicely composed image. Only nitpick , it looks a little oversharpened. The top rail has some real jagged edges there. Some selective sharpening would've been great here with the Advanced Editing rules. A top10 fave from the challenge. 9
The line is very strong to vanishing point in this photo. There is one major detractant - the horizontal airplane trail at the top, which takes focus away from the fence. I think it would be much stronger if the trail were partially cropped out. 7.
Wow. Looks like HDR. It does wonders for your wooden subject. Nice sky too. But I can't help but think that this challenge calls for more than just a really nice picture of a fence...
nicely composed || interesting choice in colors - for my taste they are a bit strong where they shouldn't & weak where they needed to bring more contrast to the image || like it overall << 8 >>
I love the picture. The wood grain is excellent and the dark tones really bring out the detail. I would crop a little more from the top of the shot to remove the contrails. Still high marks from me.
