There are some interesting elements to work with here - but the lighting hasn't been kind to you and you need some shadows to differentiate and lift the fencing and contrasting plants.
The lack of sharp focus on the foreground fence leaves me thinking it's not the subject of the photo (but it was the subject of the challenge); the sky is also a bit too bright for me, and some contrast/brightness/saturation post-processing seems called for here.
