Wow, this has a very eerie quality. Perhaps a little too oversharpened, and I can't tell what's going on in the sky around the sun (some texture that doesn't make sense), but still well done.

I love the blown sun and the snow covered weeds in the foreground. You'll probably get told this is oversharpened, but in this case, to me, it adds to this picture.

I like the wind blowing; not sure what's going on in the sky--it doesn't look real which to me distracts from the gate, fence and windblown plants
