I like the fireworks part of the photo, the foreground is not as good but I like that you at least had a foreground. Wish it had more neutral color and was not so yellowish and that hotel sign is too bright and draws too much attention to it, I would presonally have darkened it in post processing. 6 from me.
I like the idea of the contrast between the fireworks and the snow, but the building kind of gets in the way. The fireworks over the snowy trees without the lights from the hotel would look even better, IMO.
Good to see that you thought about the foreground and framing, too many images in this challenge lacks this. Good work. 7 from me, happy new year and good luck.
