It is hard to tell what is going on in this photo. The lack of composition will hurt you. You really need some central focus here, it makes a decent abstract...but I am not sure if that is the feel you were going for. Good luck.

too much wiggle, although it may have been on purpose? half the shutter speed and ya got a great shot.
