Lines and color temperature are nice. The hard light draws focus away from wheel, however - it is difficult to identify focal point. Consider re-taking with tripod under cloudy condition and slight light on focal area?

The pink is quite predominant and I am left with the impression that there is no fence here. IMHO, there needs to be more to imply fence.
