The border is a bit odd: The heavy upper frame is disturbing because I can't really see its counterpart at the bottom..it merges with the picture and the result is that it looks as if you have only made a one-sided border.

I don't get why you felt the need to add a black bar along the top and bottom. It takes away from the image in my mind.
