Thank you macrothing, you are so right, the kitty is a bit out of focus because yes, it was a matter of seconds to take the shot since the kitty was running away from me.

I gave this a 7. Really liked this, especially the good composition and matching colors or 'Calico'. Even though works well 'as is', in my opinion - I do/did wonder about the cat in focus too, which was the main reason I didn't go higher. Good capture though - and you may not have had 'long enough' to adjust the focus and still get this look. edit: to add score (forgot to mention)
This is a beautiful photograph! The colors of the kitty that mirror the colors in the stone and the strong angles. I love the way she is peaking around the edge at you! Great photo!
