First attempt with Photoshop Elements 2.0. I figure I need to learn before I buy CS 2 or 3. I finally learned how to do a layer > adjustment > fill color. Did a layer to lighten, and unsharp mask on the pigeon. Resize and Save. Regardless of what the voters say...I like it! If you saw the original you would too!

With a tutorial so easily available on how to edit your images and upload for a challenge I vote small shots down. It is so hard to see detail in the smaller shots.
