lovely lighting. really makes the rose glow. don\'t feel the horizontal crop really adds to the image. i think a centered crop would have been another option.
Very gracious... And looks so good against the black background... The soft light from above it makes the rose look like it has an inner light. Excellent. 10
The lighting really makes the rose glow and I like how it separates the bud from the stem. Nice use of negative space though it does make me think of a florists message car with space for a scribbled note from the sender!
