Fairly simple set-up really. Just set the camera on a tripod pushed the shutter button on self-timer and quickly got behind the desk and made the lightbulb turn on.

Looks like the bulb from a AA Maglite. :D Image is somewhat grainy - high ISO or underexposed? I like the way you have things laid out compositionally. Good luck.
