I like the look of the image, the strong contrast and clarity and think it´s above average so I voted a 6. I do find it a bit busy though and nothing specific draws my attention, also I would have removed that blue sign to the left as it is the only blue in the shot, it just steals attention.
This is my favorite type of editing, first excellant choice of a place to shoot, 2nd the editing is right on. Is this like an urban acid type? Great work. 9..
This is a bit busy and doesn't have enough of a subject to hold the eye. From the title I deduce that the gates are supposed to be the subject but by their transparent nature they don't really fill the role...
