Wow, what a start to your challenges! way to score a top ten right off the bat. My only suggestion would have been alittle wider crop, but a stellar portrait.

Excellent portrait! I give you a 9 just because I consider that a rott is black and not brown. This should have fitted perfect for "pet portrait" last week, or for a black challenge. Nice dog!

Okay, there's been many pet shots and they've all been pretty bad. This is the only good one. Great composition and great lighting. I also like the focus on the eyes. I don't think it'll to too well since it's hard to see the brown. Good luck.
