Re your request for further clarification on my 'angle' comment: Mainly what I was referring to was the angle taken of the dog, rather than the angle the image has been taken from. For example, some 'delicate areas' down the bottom of the dog, more 'subtle', may have been better as well as the angle of the face has accentuated the 'lack of eyes'. Hope this clarification helps.
4 - Main detractor in this image in my opinion is the angle. Like to have seen the eyes as well. Perhaps a little wider and some more empty space incorporated 'somewhere' may also have given this a little more balance.
