Conversion from Raw, adjustments to levels and curves, saturation, hue and sky color all adjusted in Capture NX.
In PS Elements 5, adjustment layes used to adjust levels and darken interior arch section. Cloning tool used to clean up some color spill-iver on dome. Small border added and resized for submission.

Love the warm colours and their contrast with the blue sky. Seems to be some haloing where (I'm assuming) you selected and darkened the sky. Oh, and the border is a bit off-putting. These minor issues aside this is an effective image.
