My puppy Zeus. Shot in the backyard. Opened in Nikon capture and cropped in capture. Switched to cs2, cloned out the bottom of an orange bucket in the top right corner. used auto levels, cropped again, added brightness/contrast to bring up the blackon his face. Neat image for noise, resized and saved for web. Hopefully a 5.9

very nice photo, the natural lighting on the dog is great,
the comp is nice for this shot i feel the tail in the backroung may be a bit distracting, but the sharpness of the dogs face lightens the impact, very nice beautiful dog
I have a dog named Zeus, he's 1/2 Timberwolf and half G. Shepard...and all a big teady bear, he loves people!! not so cool with other animals, lol. He likes to growl and show hid teeth around other dogs....LOL....
7 - Nice image of Zeus - difficult against the snow in the background. Just the light a little higher in his eyes, may have given this an edge, in my opinion.
i love the image (and miss my husky that passed away last year). How did you get yours to stand in one place with all that snow around! The only thing taking this down a notch is the shadow on the face - i would have loved to see those great ears illuminated better
