Amazing detail and nice tint. Excellent shot Giorgio and a well deserved high-end score.

An image that seems to pull humanity closer to the animal - that's what it's all about. Wel done.

Oh, Giorgio. I just loved the intelligence shining through this beautiful dog's eyes. Terrific shot. Good placement in the Challenge.

I like the sepia color. The dog is in sharp focus.

8 - Very nice. Toning works well in this. Perhaps a little more space above the ear at the top, may have made this even better in my opinion.

I love all the details and color tones on this dog! You see all the lovely details/texture of the hair, the whiskers, the nose.... The sepia tone is nice but I wonder if the color tones of the dog would have stood out more from the background if this was color or B&W. As the composition is now the sepia tones of the dog tend to blend a little too much with the sepia tones of the background. There needs to be more contrast I think to have this dog's face 'pop' visually off the page.

Beautiful portrait, really like the tone used for the final print.

Very fine portrait. (Quite apart from ressemblance to my late Basenji X dog with same stripe down the nose).

beautiful clarity and detail.

Very nice sepia toning. The focus and detail are excellent in this shot. I really like the composition and DOF, along with the excellent catchlights in the eyes.

Love the tones of this one, as they are so soft.....An "8" from me.
