3 - Wish this were mainly about the dog and the dog's right eye as well lit as the left. Sharper too with the contrast/something a little more subtle, make this better in my opinion.
The dog seems too blue and the girl too yellow. I prefer people not be included in a pet portrait challenge, but if they are they also need to be well lit and in focus.

I think your image would have worked better with different lighting...the white balance is off. And the poor puppies chin is cut off! Keep trying!
