This is Bruno, and unfortunately, he isn't my puppy -- I only wish he was :) I couldn't think of a "standout" pose for my own dogs or cat, so I thought I'd compensate with upping the cute factor a notch. I went to the pet store and this elderly lady had her 2 puppies with her. When I asked if I could take their picture, she got all excited and went to great lengths to try to help me get a good shot of them right there in the store. I don't know whether or not dpc will like this -- but I know his adoring mom will because she literally squealed when I showed them to her in the viewfinder. I'm having them printed for her. I'll show the other one after the challenge :)

Aw - how cute! Love the processing on this. I scored it an 8 during voting. Great softness & clarity (yes, I realize that's an oxymoron, but it's true!).
6 - Is nice, but just looks unnatural to me, could be neat image (apologies in advance if wrong). Likely just a personal preference thing - this almost looks air brushed - but likely looks just as you intended. Top right corner eliminated 'somehow', may have also given this a little extra.
What a face!! Those eyes are so sweet and trusting. You could not of picked a cuter subject!! I just want to pick up that little one up and give him/her a great big old bear hug. I LOVE it! I think that your contrast beween the blue on the blanket and the soft brown fur is wonderful and your composition is fantastic- I love the way that the focus is on puppy's eyes.
