This is a cool shot. I like the high contrast that you've achieved by using late/early day natural light. The blowing sand (dirt) is an appropriate touch for this challenge. One minor complaint; seeing as this is an advanced challenge I would have considered cloning out the top of that building (water tower?) in the background that's poking above the treeline. The eye is naturally drawn to it and that takes away from the overall impact of this wonderful photo. Anyway, best of luck to you in the challenge.

I hope I don't jinx you, but this is my pick for the blue. It just works for me at lot's of different levels and I like the duo-chrome, DOF, blowing dust (dirt). Very, very good job.
