3/2..3 - Appears to be a nice looking dog, assuming this tight crop was intentional, less blur/better focus, either lighting variation or an edit of the 'flash eyes' would make this better. In my opinion, much farther out to show the features of this dog would have made a better 'Pet Portrait'. Overall, this looks 'snapshottish'.
I know someone should have told you alredy, but being an advanced editing challenge you could have get rid of the yellow lights in the eyes... a little bit of contrast should have helped also.
