Taken indoors, natural light. This is the first I've tried some 'teching' - light/dark/sat, selective sharpening -- my attempt at dodge & burn failed so I discarded that.

4 - Like the composition and crop. Not sure whether it is resizing issues or blur, but this sharper and more even lighting on the face, make it better in my opinion.
