I think the border tends to be somewhat distracting and this precious photo stands strong by itself.

Very tender shot, though the highkey/ over exposure is taking me away from the subject. I'd be tempted to crop in about an inch from the top and right, to focus attention right on the face. Not a big fan of the triple border either, seems overly fussy for what should be a simple, clean subject.
