 As soon as this challenge was announced I went to our local flower shop and asked for their most wilted rose. The saleslady was very cool and didn't bat an eyelid ;-). I waited another five days before doing the shot. I love the look of the rose even though most of it's beauty has gone. It's so dried up, it looks like parchment.
There will be a LOT of flowers in the challenge ;-) so good luck to us all.

title suits, you can see it once was a beautiful flower, but the good focus shows how life has been sucked out of it. well done

like the reflection .. nice shot .. over-used subject in this challenge but no reason why a good shot like this gets any lower score just because its over used !

I thought this was a bit plain initially, but on a closer look the reflections really make it. Very nice shot.
