nice use of the rule of thirds. but given the quality of these open challenges submitting a bird shot (nothing against birds mind you) that isn't tack sharp will result in a score that could be a blow to your ego.

Nice catch. Too bad the focus on the sparrow wasn't sharper. The red seems to be a little too intense. On my monitor, the bird appears to have more red than brown in the head, wings, and tail. The bokeh is very nice.

A photo with a single centered subjects and deliberately out of focus background really has to have the subject in focus to work

The sharpness and feather detail has gone. Possibly the bird moved slightly during the exposure
