I agree with you, I like the Fall leaves with the ice. Too bad the camera didn't pick up any sparkling bokeh in that white background. It would have been a knockout. Maybe sun is what was called for here, for the benefit of both the leaves and the background. But you can't control that. Nice job working with what you had.
it seems like the focus is just a tad behind where it needs to be here. THe subject, beautiful fall leaves with ice is really great but the ice in the very front leaf is blurry and distracting.
